Here's a new Rear Snail Cam Brake Adjuster (x1) for for the following models from Sunbeam Talbot -

Sunbeam Talbot 90 Mk3 (Rear)

(** Not for the Rear of the Sunbeam Talbot 90 Mk1 which can be identified by its bigger x3 pin Front cylinders **)

As you can see in the picture the 'Mask' is included with the Snail Cam.

The adjuster is shown fitted onto the end of a Brake Shoe, that Brake shoe is not included in the price.
