 Here's a new Brake Master Cylinder Repair Seals Kit (7/8th / 22mm) for the following Scimitars with ** Lockheed Tandem Brakes ** -

RELIANT

Reliant Scimitar 3.0 (SE6a)               (From Aug 76- 1980)  

Reliant Scimitar 2.8 (SE6b)               (1980- 86)

*** LOCKHEED TANDEM BRAKES ONLY - SEE NOTE BELOW ***

Only suitable for the above cars which during the above strict dates will have a Lockheed Tandem Master Cylinder. . 

From 1964-72 the Scimitar SE4/a/b/c & SE5 used a Girling Single Line 0.875 Brake Master. 

Then from 1972-75 the Scimitar SE5a used a Girling Single Line 0.75 Brake Master. 

Then from 1975 up until Jul 76 the SE6 used a Girling Tandem Brake Master. 

From Aug 1976-86 the Scimitar SE6a, SE6b, SE8 used a Lockheed Tandem Brake Master.

This kit won't fit the Girling Tandem Brake Master cylinder fitted 1975- Jul 76.

Don't look at the picture and think this kit will repair any old master cylinder - it won't.
