Description

Here's a new Brake Master Cylinder Repair Seals Kit (0.75"/ 19mm) for the following models with Single Line Brakes from Triumph -

TRIUMPH

Triumph GT6 Mk3 (From KE/KF 20,001 onwards) (Oct 1972- )

(That's from Oct 72 onwards when they fitted a Servo to the GT6 with Single Line Brakes)

You must check the following before buying -

1) Check your chassis number.

Before chassis KE/KF20,000 the GT6 used a smaller 0.7" bore master cylinder without a Servo - After that number they fitted a Servo and with a larger bore 0.75" brake master cylinder.

The bore might be stamped on the side of the Master Cylinder so have a look at it.

2) This kit is only for Singe Line brakes (One pipe coming out), not for the Tandem Master Cylinder (At least two pipes coming out).

To help you identify, this kit does all the following Master Cylinders as long as the Casting Number AND Plastic Tag are both correct.

The Tag denotes the Bore, if it's missing then measure it - Should be (0.75" / 19.0mm).
