Description

Here's a new Carburettor Breather Diaphram for the following models from Triumph -

TRIUMPH

Triumph Spitfire (Where fitted)

Triumph GT6 (Where fitted)

On top of the carbs you'll see a round thing like a mushroom (Breather Assembly), a hose goes from that into the side of the rocker cover.

Inside the Breather assembly is a Rubber Diaphram (7.4cm Diameter) and this is prone to perishing and going brittle becasue it is in contact with oil.

The result is that air can flow into the carbs and the breather valve wont work correctly - your engine / carbs wont function properly either.
