Description

Here's a new Clutch Master Cylinder (5/8") with the correct Metric Thread for the following models from Rover -

ROVER

Rover SD1 2000cc    (Jan 82- Oct 86)
Rover SD1 2300cc    (Oct 77- Jan 87)
Rover SD1 2400cc    (Jun 82- Jan 86) (Diesel)
Rover SD1 2600cc    (Oct 77- Jan 87)
Rover SD1 3500cc    (Jun 76- Oct 86)

(Includes Efi & Vitesse Models)

(** WITH THE CORRECT METRIC THREAD **)

NOTE: Don't buy the 'Fits Everything' Cylinder you'll see also Junk Listed on Ebay for £29 -

The thread for the pipe is Imperial (Should be Metric). The angle of the reservoir should be sloped not upright and most of them are 3/4" (0.75") bore. Should be 5/8" (0.625") bore so you'll end up with a 45% harder pedal than Rover intended. You Decide......

(**NOTE - This is supplied Without a Push Rod OR Wrong length of Push Rod. You'll have to re-use your old push rod - An Easy swap as it just held in place by a circlip**)
