Description

Here's a new Clutch Slave Cylinder Assembly for the following models from Triumph-

TRIUMPH

Triumph Spitfire Mk1 (1147cc) (1962- 65 Only)

(** Only for the Spitfire Mk1 which has a Coil Spring Clutch. **)

(** The Spitfire Mk1 is Comm. No/ FC1- FC45,753 **) (**This Number is on a metal plate on the body.**)

(** Not for the Spitfire Mk2, Mk3, MkIV, 1500 of 1965- 80 which all used a Diaphram Clutch **)

How To check -

Take out the Clutch Slave Cylinder.

If you have an Alloy Slave Cylinder where the Groove for the Pinch Bolt goes all the way round then you need this Coil Spring clutch.

If you have the Steel / Alloy cylinder with the Groove for the Pinch Bolt is only on One Side then you need the later Diaphram clutch - Not this one.
