Here's a new Set of Thrust Washers (+010 Size) for the following models from Triumph -

TRIUMPH

Triumph Spitfire MkIV (1296cc) (Eng No/ - FH, FK or FL) (** From Dec 1970- 80 **)

Triumph Spitfire 1500 (1493cc) (Eng No/ - FM or FL) (** From Dec 1970- 80 **)

These are +010 size.

(** Not for earlier Spitfire Mk3 1300's of 1967- Nov 70 because they had a smaller Crankshaft **

Before you buy this you need to find out / understand the following -

1) These are +010 size - Find out what size you need.

2) Check your Engine Number against the above, it's just below the rear most Spark Plug - Triumph's often have other engines fitted
