FRONT BRAKE CALIPERS / DISCS / PADS & FITTING KIT (Triumph GT6 Parts) (1966- 72 Only) ** IMPERIAL **

Here's a new Front Brakes Kit (BRAKE DISCS {x2}  / CALIPERS {x2} / PADS {x4} / PINS & SHIMS SET) for the following models from Triumph -

TRIUMPH

Triumph GT6     (1966- 71 Only) 

(Only up to KE12389, KF12390, KC5601977 in aprox Dec 1971)

** For the GT6 the Chasis number is important as they use Metric calipers after **

(These are Imperial calipers fitted up to aprox 1971 which can be easily identified by the 6.0mm diameter pins for the brake pads).

(From aprox 1971 they changed to Metric calipers which can be easily identified by the 4.5mm diameter pins for the brake pads).

(There are other differences as well so don't buy the wrong ones and think you'll just swap the pins).

Brake Discs recommended Torque Wrench setting of (32-35 lb/ft), this is to ensure the discs are bolted down evenly.
