To help you identify, this bearing for 1975- Nov 76 has the following numbers stamped on it -

Inner LM67048 / LM67010

Outer LM11949 / LM11910

From Nov 1976 you need the bearing listed below which is different -

Inner L681479 / L68110

Outer LM12749 / LM12710

The kit includes –
