Description

Here's a new Head Gasket Set for the following 1200cc models from Triumph -

TRIUMPH

Triumph Spitfire Mk1 (1147cc) (1962- 65)

Triumph Spitfire Mk2 (1147cc) (1965- 67)

Check you still have the correct engine fitted - Eng Prefix No/ FC.

This set will only suit the above engines, not the later 1300cc Spitfires (See my other listings).

Included in the set is -

Head gasket
Water pump to cylinder head gasket
Thermostat Gasket
Carb Gaskets
Rocker Box gasket
Exhaust downpipe gasket
Inlet / Exhaust Manifold gasket

These models do not use Valve stem seals like more modern cars.

(While you have the Cylinder Head off, you may also want to replace the Cam Followers, Valve Springs - See my other listings!).
