Here's a new Ignition Coil for the following models from BMC-

BMC

Austin 1100 / 1300

Morris 1100 / 1300

Riley 1100 / 1300

VDP 1100 / 1300

MG 1300

(All models from 1963- 74)

Note - The last few in 73-74 used Ballast Ignition - This coil wil not suit.

It's a Non-Ballast coil for use with Push-In Leads (Not Screw- In Leads).

*** NOTE - This may be coloured Black or Silver depending on what the supplier sends me ***

This function of this coil is to generate the 000's of volts required by your spark plugs, they deteriorate with age and the insulation between the wires inside can breakdown and therefore the coil needs replacing once in a while.
