Singer Gazelle Ser. 3 (1494cc) (1958- 59)

Singer Gazelle Ser. 3a (1494cc) (1959- 60)

Singer Gazelle Ser. 3b (1494cc) (1960- 61)

Singer Gazelle Ser. 3c (1592cc) (1961- 63)

Singer Gazelle Ser. 5 (1592cc) (1963- 65)

Singer Gazelle Ser. 6 (1725cc) (1965- 67)

Singer Gazelle Ser. 7 (1725cc) (1967- 70)

(** Not for the earlier Gazelle Ser.1&2 of 1955- 57 which had an OHC engine and used a 112 Teeth Ring Gear **).

With time the teeth become worn away and your starter motor will jam so that you have to rock the car back and forward in gear to free it off - then try again.

After more wear the starter motor will just skip over the teeth of the ring gear making a noise.

If either of these happen you need to buy this ring gear.

To fit this you have to take out the gearbox..
